Uncu Memduh & Rauf Berrak

R auf and Memduh are brothers who started their first commercial business with flour and oil which was first found in the Macedonia borders uskup.

ÜIn 1955 the family moves to İstanbul and in 1956 they open a flour and oil wholesale business in Eminonu port with the name of ‘Uncu Mehduh’.

The honest and principled work system of Rauf and Memduh Berrak brothers have seen great customer satisfaction within a short time period. Within this short time period it had become one of the most preferred and trustworthy brands in İstanbul.

Necdet and Kenan Berrak brothers expanded the business after they took over the business from their father. In 1985 the business changed its address to ‘Rami Gida wholesaler site’. Today the most traditional and biggest flour brand is ‘Uncu Memduh’ which is an active company under ‘Berrak Gıda Tic. Ltd. Şti’. The third generation of the family is run by Ercument and Vedat Berrak who are constantly focusing to improve the customer satisfaction.
